Steam Power Primer for Steampunks... any interest?

Seeing as how there is often confusion about steam and steam power amongst the steampunk community, I;ve decided to put together a basics of steam primer..
What I would like to know, is this... Is there interest in this?

I certainly am. I'm majoring in electrical engineering, but am trying to learn all sorts of systems.

Always intrested in reading new information, i find that even reading on a subject i already have knowledge of can be improved by reading someone elses work

Yes, I'd love a steam power primer! I've always been fascinated with the aesthetic and all behind Steampunk but I've never (perhaps due to lack of time or something) learned the tech behind steam engines and steam power.

I have always had a love for Steam Engines and devices. Though I myself have a basic understanding of the concepts of the machines, a primer wouldn't be a bad idea! I say, go for it!
