| Quite spiffing, judging from the first glance. Do I spot some ventilation holes in the side? Looks like they started off as welding goggles, just like mine. | |

| Better that way, it would be exceedingly difficult to build a lens holder like that. Simple screw-on stuff. You should think about adding sheet brass cut to shape to replace some of the old metal parts. I did that with my goggles. | |

I would love to learn where to find goggles of the type that you started with. All I can find for sale are the big type that cover half of your face. They ones that I've found around her eremind me of what we had in high school shop class. | |
