Since it was mentioned in the thread "The proper attire of a Clockwork Gentleman" that the ladies of this forum should have an equivalent, I figured it would be a good idea to start one. so here we go!

With this outfit of mine, I tried to see if I could dress with a steampunk feel without using any of my actual steampunk clothing pieces.

Spoiler:

Commence camwhoring, ladies! Very Happy

It strikes me more in a diesely flavour, mid-1920s. Wouldn't look out of place in the old Wintergarten music hall.

Oh, and this is now a sticky.

I'd say the outfit (which is very nice by the way) looks more Edwardian than 20s.

The 1920s always make me think of more simple, more streamlined fashions, particularly the flapper style. I wouldn't say you're quite that far Miss Dobson, if anything, I'd say you're sitting right between steam and diesel.
